Follow the steps below to enable Epson Connect for your Epson printer on a Mac.
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.
- To register for ePrint and make sure that the printer is HP ePrint-enabled, or for more wireless printing information, go to HP Connected. 2 AirPrint is not supported in Mac OS versions 10.6 and earlier.
- You can add a wireless printer to your iPhone with just a few quick taps to print photos, emails, spreadsheets, and other documents. The AirPrint feature makes wireless printing from iPhone easy.
For HP Envy 6000, Pro 6400, DeskJet Plus IA 6000, and 6400 All-in-One printers: Press and hold the Wireless button on the back of the printer for five seconds until the Edge lighting flashes purple. Within two hours, follow the guided steps in the HP Smart app to add the printer and set up the wireless.

If your printer is AirPrint-enabled
If your printer is AirPrint-enabled for printing from your Mac or iOS device, just make sure that it's connected to the same Wi-Fi network used by the Mac or iOS device.1
If you still can't print, try any of these solutions:
- Restart your Wi-Fi router. Then restart your printer.
- Move your printer closer to your Wi-Fi router.
- Update your printer and Wi-Fi router with the latest firmware from the manufacturer.2
- Update the software for your Mac or iOS device.
If you're using a Mac and you still can't print, it might help to reset the printing system. Otherwise, contact the printer manufacturer for support.
Cheers.
